Tamooh Biriyani Masala Mix box 300 gm · no preservatives
No artificial flavours No preservatives No added colours Premium quality, every batch

We make the spice mix, so you can make the memory.

Tamooh International is built around one idea: a proper biriyani shouldn't take a shelf of jars and a whole afternoon. We grind and blend our masala the way it's done at home in Malappuram, Kerala, then pack it so anyone — first-time cook or seasoned one — can get a restaurant-worthy dum biriyani on the table with everyday ingredients and a pot they already own.

Every batch leaves our kitchen with nothing artificial added — no synthetic flavour, no preservative, no added colour. Just spice, dried and blended, exactly as it should be.

Everything you need is printed right on the box — here it is, step by step.

01

Marinate the meat

Mix 1/3 pack of Tamooh Biriyani Masala with 500g meat. Cook until 80% done.

02

Prepare the rice

Wash 2 cups basmati rice and soak for 20 minutes (5 minutes for kaima rice), then drain.

03

Cook the rice

Boil 3.5 cups water with 1/3 cup oil or ghee, ½ tbsp salt, 5 cloves, 4 cardamoms, and 2 cinnamon sticks. Add the rice and cook until 80% done.

04

Layer the pot

In a pot, add the remaining masala, cooked meat, 2 tbsp curd, coriander, mint, and curry leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.

05

Add the rice

Spread the rice over the masala. Garnish with fried onions and cashews, if you like.

06

Dum cook

Cover tightly and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

07

Serve hot

Enjoy the delicious Tamooh biriyani!
